i've only seen one. but i did walk to my car this morning and by the time i got there i was soaked and i was angry and it turned out this was going to be a very bad no good horrible day. and i blame it on the fact i had no umbrella...

aunt shauna: that was the allusion in my post about the terrible, norrible, no good, very bad day. my mom frequently read that book to me as a little one.

Petey: I listened to mates of state again last night and i apologize for dismissing them so quickly. i enjoyed the evening. i had just one headphone on while i held both girls. i think they got some of the sweet vibe.

i admit for most, they are an acquired taste. i just wasn't one of those. i latched on pretty readily. a couple things to listen for:
super loose musical arrangement that will be here and there just few beats apart and then back where they started from a moment later.
lyrics: it's man and wife so sometimes they will be arguing and resolving things as the song progresses. other times it will be love declarations.
original sound: an organ, a drum set, and two loud voices. that's it.
